1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to OCG Legal’s Buy one LPA and get the second free spin the wheel prize (‘BOGOF Offer’) offered solely at any participating events. You accept these T&Cs by opting in and obtaining a code for the Discount Voucher. You can only claim the BOGOF Offer once.

1.2. The BOGOF Offer is run by OCG Legal Ltd (‘OCG Legal’) and marketed through One Consultancy Solutions Ltd ‘(One Consultancy Solutions’)

1.3 The issuing of the BOGOF Offer is processed by One Consultancy Solutions and OCG Legal via the form embedded on its website

1.4. The BOGOF Offer will run until terminated at One Consultancy Solutions or OCG Legal’s sole discretion. OCG Legal further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the BOGOF Offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

1.5. Where you qualify for the BOGOF Offer and have completed the steps required to enter the BOGOF Offer but have not redeemed your discount within 12 months, OCG Legal may write to you for confirmation that you still intend to use the voucher, and additionally reserve the right to withdraw the offer by giving you prior notice.

Who Can Enter?

2.1. The BOGOF Offer is open to all Subscribers of One Consultancy Solutions’ email Newsletter and marketing list. You must be over 18 years of age. The BOGOF Offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of OCG Legal, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the BOGOF Offer to remain valid, you must comply with the Terms & Conditions of One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group or affiliated companies, where such terms and conditions apply to your engagement with said companies.

If you breach the T&Cs, your eligibility in the BOGOF Offer will automatically be voided.

How to Enter?

3.1. Spin the wheel at any participating event and land on the BOGOF Offer prize segment, complete the form provided to you by a representative of One Consultancy Solutions and opt in for One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group and affiliated companies to process your data in order to fulfil this request.

3.2. The BOGOF Offer is for a free Lasting Power of Attorney if one is purchased at full price. This applies to both Health and Welfare and/or Financial Affairs. It can also be redeemed against an LPA for a family friend, partner or loved one.

How to Redeem the Voucher?

3.3. You must provide OCG Legal Ltd with the BOGOF Offer code specified for the promotion.

3.3.1 You must provide OCG Legal Ltd with the email address used to obtain the BOGOF Offer code.

3.4. You must instruct OCG Legal Ltd to act as your Solicitor for the LPA and pay the requested initial payment on account prior to the 31st March 2028.

Restrictions

3.6 No instruction including a BOGOF Offer is binding on OCG Legal Ltd until such time as (a) OCG Legal Ltd have approved your eligibility for the BOGOF Offer or (b) 14 days since instruction has passed without OCG Legal Ltd notifying you that you are ineligible for the offer code applied

3.7. Should you be deemed by OCG Legal Ltd to be ineligible for this offer then they will discuss with you your options to move forward, and if necessary, refund any balance on your account.

3.8. The BOGOF Offer have no equivalent cash value

3.10. The BOGOF Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts unless expressly permitted by OCG Legal Ltd.

None of the authors, contributors, administrators, or anyone else connected with One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group or affiliated companies, in any way whatsoever, can be responsible for your use of this Cashback Offer.

In no event will One Consultancy Solutions, its related corporations, or the owners, directors, agents or employees thereof be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on this Voucher Offer or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
