Full Terms and Conditions

1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to One Consultancy Group’s £10,000 of professional services vouchers (‘Voucher Offer’) issued through One Consultancy Solutions, for services provided by One Consultancy Group and companies thereof. You accept these T&Cs by opting in to the newsletter and prize draw. You may opt out at any time here <insert link>

1.2. The Voucher Offer is run by One Consultancy Group Ltd (‘One Consultancy Group’) in conjunction with OCG Legal Ltd (‘OCG Legal’), OCG Mortgages (‘OCG Mortgages’), OCG Accountants (OCG Accountants) and One Consultancy Solutions (‘OCS’).

1.3 The issuing of the £10,000 voucher is processed by One Consultancy Solutions Ltd on behalf of One Consultancy Group, OCG Legal, OCG Mortgages and OCG Accountants via…….

1.4. The Voucher Offer will run until XXX. One Consultancy Solutions Ltd further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the  Offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

1.5. Where you qualify for the Voucher Offer and have completed the steps required to enter the Voucher Offer but have not redeemed your discount within 12 months, One Consultancy Solutions Ltd may write to you for confirmation that you still intend to use the Voucher Offer, and additionally reserve the right to withdraw the discount by giving you prior notice.

1. Who Can Enter?

2.1. The Voucher Offer is open to all Subscribers of One Consultancy Group’s ‘Property & Landlord’ email updates and marketing list who signed up at the Property Investor Show on 4th and 5th October. You must be over 18 years of age. The Voucher Offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of the One Consultancy Group, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Voucher Offer to remain valid, you must comply with the Terms & Conditions of One Consultancy Group, its corporate group or affiliated companies, where such terms and conditions apply to your engagement with said companies.

If you breach the T&Cs, your eligibility in the Voucher Offer will automatically be voided.

1. How to Enter?

3.1. Complete the online Voucher Offer form emailed to you as a Subscriber of One Consultancy Group’s Email Newsletter list and opt in for One Consultancy Group, its corporate group and affiliated companies to process your data in order to fulfil this request.

3.2. The Voucher Offer is for up to £10,000 (Inc VAT) off Legal Fees charged by OCG Legal Ltd for your next conveyancing matter where that conveyancing matter is a Property Sale, Purchase or Transfer, (For other conveyancing matters, OCG Legal Ltd reserve the right not to accept the voucher for that matter, or to offer an amended discount value of the voucher.) or fees charged by OCG Mortgages Ltd for their broker fee, or fees charged by OCG Accountants for their….. Or consultancy service fees charged by One Consultancy Solutions

How to Redeem the Voucher?

3.3. You must accept the prize and conditions

3.3.1 You must provide One Consultancy Solutions Ltd with the email address used to obtain the voucher code.

3.4. Timeframe? Usage stipulations? How do we split the fees?

3.5 How will the winner be selected

3.6 No instruction including a discount code is binding on <list companies> until such time as (a) <list companies>  have approved your eligibility for the Voucher Offer or (b) 14 days since instruction has passed without <list companies> notifying you that you are ineligible for the discount code applied

3.7. Should you be deemed by One Consultancy Solutions Ltd to be ineligible for this offer then they will discuss with you your options to move forward.

3.8. In the event that your matter/sale/accounts do not complete, <list companies> reserve the right to pro-rata the discount based on the work undertaken <insert conditions of other brands>

3.9. The Voucher Offer has no equivalent cash value

3.10. The Voucher Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers

4.4 One Consultancy Solutions Ltd is the sole provider of business consultancy services included in the Voucher Offer
