1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to One Consultancy Solutions Conveyancing Voucher Offer (‘Voucher Offer’) offered solely at relevant events and acquired by spinning the Property Wheel. You accept these T&Cs by opting in and obtaining a voucher. You can only claim the Voucher Offer once.

1.2. The Voucher Offer is run by One Consultancy Solutions Ltd (‘One Consultancy Solutions’) and in conjunction with, and fulfilled by OCG Legal Ltd (‘OCG Legal’).

1.3 The issuing of the discount code is processed by One Consultancy Solutions Ltd on behalf of OCG Legal via the form embedded on its website

1.4. The Voucher Offer will run until terminated at One Consultancy Solutions or OCG Legal’s sole discretion. OCG Legal further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Voucher Offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

1.5. Where you qualify for the Voucher Offer and have completed the steps required to enter the Voucher Offer but have not redeemed your discount within 12 months, OCG Legal Ltd may write to you for confirmation that you still intend to use the discount, and additionally reserve the right to withdraw the discount by giving you prior notice.

Who Can Enter?

2.1. The Voucher Offer is open to all Subscribers of One Consultancy Solutions email Newsletter and marketing list. You must be over 18 years of age. The Voucher Offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of OCG Legal or One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Voucher Offer to remain valid, you must comply with the Terms & Conditions of One Consultancy Group, its corporate group or affiliated companies, where such terms and conditions apply to your engagement with said companies.

If you breach the T&Cs, your eligibility in the Voucher Offer will automatically be voided.

How to Enter?

3.1. Complete the online Voucher Offer form emailed to you as a Subscriber of One Consultancy Solutions’ email Newsletter list and opt in for One Consultancy Group, its corporate group and affiliated companies to process your data in order to fulfil this request.

3.2. The Voucher Offer is for the specified amount, which includes VAT, off Legal Fees charged by OCG Legal Ltd for your next conveyancing matter where that conveyancing matter is a Property Sale, Purchase or Transfer. For other conveyancing matters, OCG Legal Ltd reserve the right not to accept the voucher for that matter, or to offer an amended discount value of the voucher. Please speak directly with OCG Legal Ltd when you obtain your quote.

3.2.1 From time to time as OCG Legal Ltd may charge a nominal surcharge for dealing with Buy-to-let matters, this Voucher Offer also entitles the entrant to the waiver of this fee as shown on the quotation provided. Please note that additional fees may still apply for complex Buy-to-let matters.

How to Redeem the Voucher?

3.3. You must provide OCG Legal Ltd with the voucher code specified for the promotion.

3.3.1 You must provide OCG Legal Ltd with the email address used to obtain the voucher code.

3.4. You may also enter the voucher code into the online quotation form provided within the voucher email and your discount will be automatically applied.

3.5. You must instruct OCG Legal Ltd to act as your conveyancer for the matter and pay the requested initial payment on account prior to the 31st March 2028.

Restrictions

3.6 No instruction including a discount code is binding on OCG Legal Ltd until such time as (a) OCG Legal Ltd have approved your eligibility for the Voucher Offer or (b) 14 days since instruction has passed without OCG Legal Ltd notifying you that you are ineligible for the discount code applied

3.7. Should you be deemed by OCG Legal Ltd to be ineligible for this offer then they will discuss with you your options to move forward, and if necessary, refund any balance on your account.

3.8. In the event that your matter does not complete, OCG Legal Ltd reserve the right to pro-rata the discount based on the work undertaken.

3.9. The Voucher Offer and corresponding Voucher and discount code have no equivalent cash value

3.10. The Voucher Offer and corresponding Voucher and discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts unless expressly permitted by OCG Legal Ltd.

Services Provided

4.1 OCG Legal Ltd is the sole provider of conveyancing services included in the Voucher Offer

4.2. Any involvement of One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group or affiliated companies (excluding OCG Legal), is strictly restricted to arranging this promotion on behalf of its clients and subscribers only.

None of the authors, contributors, administrators, or anyone else connected with One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group or affiliated companies, in any way whatsoever, can be responsible for your use of this Voucher Offer.

In no event will One Consultancy Solutions, its related corporations, or the owners, directors, agents or employees thereof be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on this Voucher Offer or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
