1.1 OCG Mortgages does not provide mortgage advice directly. Instead, all mortgage advice is provided by a third-party regulated advisor with whom OCG Mortgages have an introducer agreement. This third party will deliver full mortgage advice and guidance, ensuring it meets all regulatory standards.

1.2. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to One Consultancy Solutions’ Mortgages Cashback Offer (‘Cashback Offer’) offered solely at inclusive events by spinning the Property Wheel. You accept these T&Cs by opting in and obtaining a code for the Cashback Offer. You can only claim the Cashback Offer once.

1.3. The Cashback Offer is marketed through One Consultancy Solutions Ltd (‘One Consultancy Group’) in conjunction with OCG Mortgages Ltd (‘OCG Mortgages’).

1.4 The issuing of the discount code is processed by One Consultancy Solutions Ltd on behalf of One Consultancy Group and OCG Mortgages via the form embedded on its website

1.5. The Cashback Offer will run until terminated at One Consultancy Solution’s or OCG Mortgages’ sole discretion. OCG Mortgages further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Cashback Offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

1.6. Where you qualify for the Cashback Offer and have completed the steps required to enter the Cashback Offer but have not redeemed your discount within 12 months, OCG Mortgages Ltd may write to you for confirmation that you still intend to use the offer, and additionally reserve the right to withdraw the offer by giving you prior notice.

Who Can Enter?

2.1. The Cashback Offer is open to all Subscribers of One Consultancy Solutions’ email Newsletter and marketing list. You must be over 18 years of age. The Cashback Offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of OCG Mortgages or One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Cashback Offer to remain valid, you must comply with the Terms & Conditions of One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group or affiliated companies, where such terms and conditions apply to your engagement with said companies.

If you breach the T&Cs, your eligibility in the Voucher Offer will automatically be voided.

How to Enter?

3.1. Complete the online Cashback Offer form emailed to you as a Subscriber of One Consultancy Solutions’ email Newsletter list and opt in for One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group and affiliated companies to process your data in order to fulfil this request.

3.2. The Cashback Offer is for up to £200 (dependant on prize amount) and redeemed upon completion and taken off the final amount charged by OCG Mortgages Ltd for your next mortgage or to offer an amended discount value of the Cashback Offer. Please speak directly with OCG Mortgage Ltd when you obtain your quote.

3.2.1 The regulated advisor reserves the right to charge for their work

How to Redeem the Voucher?

3.3. You must provide OCG Mortgage Ltd with the Offer code specified for the promotion.

3.3.1 You must provide OCG Mortgage Ltd with the email address used to obtain the Offer code.

Restrictions

3.6 No instruction including an offer code is binding on OCG Mortgages Ltd until such time as (a) OCG Mortgages Ltd have approved your eligibility for the Cashback Offer or (b) 14 days since instruction has passed without OCG Mortgages Ltd notifying you that you are ineligible for the offer code applied

3.7. Should you be deemed by OCG Mortgages Ltd to be ineligible for this offer then they will discuss with you your options to move forward, and if necessary, refund any balance on your account.

3.8. In the event that your matter does not complete, OCG Mortgages Ltd reserve the right to pro-rata the discount based on the work undertaken.

3.9. The Cashback Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts unless expressly permitted by OCG Mortgages Ltd.

None of the authors, contributors, administrators, or anyone else connected with One Consultancy Solutions, its corporate group or affiliated companies, in any way whatsoever, can be responsible for your use of this Cashback Offer.

In no event will One Consultancy Solutions, its related corporations, or the owners, directors, agents or employees thereof be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on this Voucher Offer or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
